By accessing, purchasing, or using any software or services provided by Curse Tweaks, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using any of our products or services.

1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license for our software, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for personal or internal use only. You are not authorized to redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share the license key, software, or any of its components.

2. License Key Usage

The software can only be activated and used with the license key provided upon purchase. Sharing your license key with any third party is prohibited.

Your access to the software is tied to the use of the license key. Should you share your key or distribute it without authorization, your license will be revoked.

3. Prohibited Actions

  • Modification: You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, unpack, or modify the software in any way.
  • Cracking: Any attempt to bypass or circumvent the software's security mechanisms, including cracking the software, is strictly prohibited.
  • Leaking: Sharing the software, license key, or any associated files with non-customers is forbidden.
  • Distribution: You are not permitted to distribute or share the software in any form, including selling, lending, or otherwise providing it to anyone who has not purchased it legally.

Violation of any of the above actions will result in immediate termination of your license and access to the software.

4. Account Termination

Curse Tweaks reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the software without refund if you violate these terms, including engaging in cracking, redistribution, or any other unauthorized activity.

No refunds will be issued in the case of account termination due to policy violations.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and intellectual property related to Curse Tweaks remain the sole property of Curse Tweaks. You do not acquire any rights, title, or interest in the software other than the limited license described above.

6. Limitation of Liability

Curse Tweaks is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues caused by using the software, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or system failures.

We provide no warranties, either expressed or implied, and will not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software.

7. Privacy

Curse Tweaks may collect certain data during the usage of the software for the purpose of improving the service. By using our software, you consent to the collection and processing of this data.

8. Support

Support is available through our Discord server: Curse Tweaks Discord or via email at cursetweaks@gmail.com. We are available to assist with technical issues or troubleshooting, but please note that support is not grounds for a refund.

9. Changes to Terms

Curse Tweaks reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the software signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
